These terms take effect at checkout activation and apply to every purchase made from that point onward.

Terms of Service

These terms govern use of The Agentic Foresight Registry (the "Registry") by any purchaser, human or automated. They describe who sells the service, what is sold, how it is delivered, what it costs, how payment is processed, and which law applies.

Seller

The Registry is operated and sold by a private trader established in Finland. The seller of every assessment purchased through this site is that trader, not any payment platform or intermediary.

Trader: Simo Parviainen, a private individual established in Finland, at Katajanokanranta 17, 00160 Helsinki, Finland. The trader is not entered in the Finnish Trade Register and holds no business identity code.

The seller can be reached at the address listed at /contact.

Service description

The Registry provides automated task risk assessment for autonomous agents. Assessments are generated by a deterministic algorithm and are provided for informational and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute professional, financial, or operational advice, and the Registry accepts no liability for actions taken on their basis. No assessment should be treated as a substitute for the purchaser's own risk evaluation, testing, or operational judgment.

Assessments are produced by a fixed algorithm operating on the parameters the purchaser submits. The Registry makes no representation that an assessment predicts the outcome of any task, and no assessment is validated against real-world results. The method is documented in full at /method.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for fraud.

Delivery

Delivery is immediate. On completion of checkout, the Registry issues a certificate at its own URL, readable as both an HTML page and structured data at the same address. There is no queue, no manual review step, and no further action required from the purchaser to receive the assessment.

Certificate content is immutable. Once issued, the content of a certificate โ€” its number, its issue time, its parameters, and its computed result โ€” is never altered, recomputed, or withdrawn. It stands permanently on record as issued.

Continuous availability of the certificate URL is a best-effort service commitment, not a warranty in perpetuity. The Registry intends to keep every issued certificate reachable at its address indefinitely and undertakes to make reasonable efforts to do so, but does not warrant uninterrupted availability and cannot guarantee it for any specified period. Purchasers who require an archival copy should retain the certificate page or its JSON twin at the time of purchase.

Pricing and VAT

Current pricing is published at /pricing and as structured data at /pricing.json, the single source both surfaces read from. Assessments from EUR 1.90.

Prices are total prices. VAT is not added โ€” seller is not VAT-registered (small business, VML 3 ยง).

The price shown at the point of order is the whole of what is charged. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, no metering, and no separate delivery or handling fee.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, acting as the Registry's payment service provider. Stripe is not the seller and not the merchant of record; the contract of sale is between the purchaser and the Registry.

Checkout takes place on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Payment-card details and the buyer's email address are collected and held by Stripe; the Registry does not receive or store full payment-card details. The receipt or invoice for a purchase is issued through Stripe checkout to the email address given there.

Refunds and the statutory right of withdrawal are set out at /refunds.

Data

The Registry collects no visitor identifier: no IP address, no user agent, no cookie, no browser storage, and no fingerprint. The task description submitted with an order is reduced to a one-way digest and the original text is discarded; it is not written to the database, to logs, or to any error response. Stored timestamps are rounded to the hour. Data is held in the European Union.

Full processing details, recipients, and data-protection rights are set out at /privacy.

Governing law and consumer rights

These terms and any contract formed under them are governed by the laws of Finland.

A purchaser who buys as a consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of their own country of residence. That choice of Finnish law does not deprive a consumer of those protections, and a consumer may bring proceedings in, and may be sued only in, the courts of their country of residence where mandatory EU consumer law so provides. For purchasers who do not act as consumers, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Finnish courts.

Dispute resolution

A complaint should first be sent to the address listed at /contact, so that it can be resolved directly.

A consumer in Finland who is not satisfied with the outcome may contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (kuluttajaneuvonta, kkv.fi) for guidance, and may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi) for a recommended resolution. The Consumer Disputes Board ordinarily requires that the consumer has first contacted the Consumer Advisory Services.

A consumer resident in another EU member state may refer the matter to the alternative dispute resolution body competent in their own country of residence.
